SAFEGUARDING POLICY
This safeguarding policy sets out the commitment of the tuition centre to protect and promote the welfare, safety, and wellbeing of all children and young people attending classes, activities, or events organised by the company.
The tuition centre recognises its responsibility to provide a safe, secure, and supportive learning environment where all students are treated with dignity and respect.
STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES
All staff members must:
- Put the welfare of children first
- Maintain professional boundaries
- Attend safeguarding and child protection training
- Be alert to signs of abuse or neglect
- Report concerns immediately to the DSL
- Record concerns factually and confidentially
Staff must never:
- Use inappropriate or abusive behaviour
- Communicate privately with students through personal social media
- Share personal contact information with students
- Meet students outside authorised tuition activities without parental consent

The tuition centre is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people. We believe that every child has the right to learn in a safe, supportive, and secure environment free from abuse, harm, neglect, bullying, or exploitation.
